All cases related to or falls under the civil law in terms of issues, assigning rights and duties to all parties and resolving disputes between them, and that takes place in the event that one of the parties resorted to the judiciary demanding his rights, and among the cases included in the civil law, for example: personal status issues such as eligibility, will, lineage, marriage, divorce, inheritance and all issues linked to financial matters.
