Lawyer Mona Abdel Rahim Ayad confirmed that the Judicial Enforcement Law represents a significant leap in the litigation process, as it will enhance the speed of enforcement, thereby facilitating procedures for litigants, reducing difficulties, and ensuring a reduction in the phenomenon of bounced checks while alleviating issues related to rental contracts. The law also supports automatic enforcement procedures, electronic connectivity, data digitization, and the completion of judicial procedures in coordination with relevant entities, leveraging modern technologies to establish simplified procedures for judicial auctions.

She emphasized that this law is highly important due to its close connection to the daily needs of individuals. It has been drafted in accordance with the latest global practices, incorporating solutions to address challenges derived from the local community’s reality, drawing on past experiences to achieve exemplary speed in executing judgments, thereby reinforcing the concept of justice. It is hoped that the Enforcement Court will commence its operations in the near future, incorporating the development of numerous administrative, regulatory, technical, and logistical procedures in line with the law’s updates, ensuring facilitation and simplification for litigants in the judgment enforcement process.
